ABOUT

CASEY ZABLOCKI

Casey Zablocki is a ceramic artist known for his monumental, sculptural work and functional forms. His pieces explore the tension between fine art and utility, bringing raw materiality and architectural presence into daily life. He believes that living with handmade objects connects us to the earth, to craft, and to a shared human experience. Casey works with galleries and collectors to place his work in exhibitions, private collections, and design-driven environments. He is based in Missoula, Montana.

Through his work, Casey celebrates the tension between strength and fragility, growth and erosion. Each piece carries the marks of its making—cracks, textures, and traces of transformation—revealing the beauty in imperfection and the passage of time. Rooted in elemental forces and monumental forms, his ceramics invite a human encounter, asking us to engage, reflect, and connect with the material world in a tangible way.

  • “Casey Zablocki’s work occupies the space between sculpture and architecture—raw, monumental, and unmistakably brutalist, yet deeply human in its presence.”
