All work is made by hand. Each piece is one of a kind, unless otherwise noted. The unique characters of each piece are for you to explore and appreciate.
Ceramic Care
All work is made from a proprietary clay body that creates a sturdy piece. Albeit strong, these are all still made of ceramic and through any negligent use may result in the demise of your ceramic piece. Light cleaning with gentle suds and warm water should be sufficient. Restoring luster with mild non-fragrant oils is ideal. Objects that are used outside should not be kept to hold water through harsh winters as the expansion of ice could result in cracking. It is recommended that such outdoor pieces be overwintered in a warm dry place. Through general appreciation and thoughtful care these pieces should withstand the test of time.
Commission
All commissioned orders previously communicated through zablocki.ceramics@gmail.com will be made and processed based on the general timeline expressed within that communication. All pieces are hand made, fired, finished and packed by Zablocki Ceramics.

If all items are in stock we will begin processing your online order within 24-36 hours.
Payment Accepted
Through the use of Squarespace ecommerce plans, we are currently connected for payment via Stripe and Paypal. At the time of setting up the store the following cards are used: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
Returns
All sales are final. Missing or damaged items need to be reported within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Item(s) damaged during shipping or missing from the shipment will be replaced.
Domestic Shipping
In the US we generally use FedEx but occasionally will use USPS or UPS. An email confirmation with tracking information for your package will be sent when your product is shipped.

We may at any time, at our sole discretion, refuse any order placed with us.
